A one to one session provides individual yoga tuition, tailored to your own needs and capabilities. You may wish to focus on improving certain postures, addressing particular health concerns or simply enjoying yoga to develop your own personal practice.
Clients have found one to one yoga sessions helpful to: alleviate panic attacks, anxiety and depression, manage back pain, pre and post-operative support, during pregnancy, managing asthma and improving pelvic floor function (cough/sneeze incontinence) and with improving sports performance and injury reduction.
Please let me know if there is a particular area of interest or health issue you are looking to address when you book for your session.
The one to one sessions are £45 for an hour of yoga postures, breathing practice and relaxation.
If six sessions are booked and paid for in advance, the price is £240 (£40 per session).
Up to 4 people may attend a session: the cost per hour is:
- £60 for two people
- £75 for three people
- £80 for four people
