A chance to learn about the benefits and practice of meditation. Each session we will explore one or two different meditations drawing from breath, mantra, yantra, visualization, sound and taoist approaches. In this way you can find the approach that best suits you or works well for you in a particular situation.
We will practise stilling and clearing the mind, to release tension and stress and create positive and enabling mental states.
Meditation is a very beneficial practice for everyone and is especially helpful for those with busy lives and those suffering from anxiety or having difficulty sleeping.
Please arrive between 8.35pm and 8.40pm to start the workshop promptly. Wear warm layers of loose, comfortable clothing and bring a cushion and blanket and/or yoga mat.

£7 per session or £20 for 4 sessions for yoga class members
£9 per session or £30 for 4 sessions
£16 to drop in on yoga and meditation
